All photographic images are bordered in a neutral acid-free mat of our choice in either white, off-white, cream, or light gray.  A French line in black is included on all mats.  Prints are backed with an acid-free foam board and inserted into archival plastic sleeves. 

Payment Method:

Photography by Kendal accepts personal checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, MasterCard or Visa. Kentucky add 6% sales tax and Indiana residents add 7%.

Service Charges:

Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law.  Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed.  We may electronically collect returned checks, service charges and other applicable charges.

Gift Orders:

On an order, you may enclose a personalized gift message at no extra charge.  Please let us know what to include with your gift.

Shipping Info:

All orders will be sent first class United States Postal Service. Priority Mail is also available at an additional charge. Shipping and handling charges include processing, handling, packaging, and shipping costs.  Shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed. Rates are subject to change.  Please use your street address for shipping.

Allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery shipping on in-stock merchandise. Because of the large volume of photographs that we offer, some images may need to be processed.  Please include your e-mail address and phone number so that we let you know of any delays with your order.

Return policy:

Returns will be accepted within 14 business days of delivery.  All products must be carefully packaged and returned in resalable condition. If  no damage to packaging, print, glass, or images is found, a full refund will be made either by credit to your credit card or by our business check.
